The google sheet template for conference rooms has a column for phone number, but not for Zoom Room information. Could a column be added for Zoom Room/Teams Room (or however it is best phrased)?
NGCP offers an opportunity for users to edit the slot values ( Creator Studio use cases ). Ideally free text editing works fine. In scenarios where editing is required by picking up a different value from a dropdown, it does not work as dropdown is grayed out/un-editable. This is blocking one of our high value use case we want to understand if there is any plan to support this. Askdrop down to be editable to allow editing. step 1 - NGCP provides option to edit “edit request” button Step 2- dropdown is not editable

Team,Today we are using ServiceNow as a tool for IT and HR domain . Before HR is implemented, anyone can see others tickets. Ex - Being a manager I can see some of my colleagues incidents, RITMs. After HR domain tickets, we recently disabled the above feature of ‘others can see my ticket details and updates’. We don’t have a provision from Moveworks to differentiate whether this configuration for IT tickets or HR tickets. With this expected feature, we can segregate and enable the features specific to the domain.Ref -
Figma finds maintaining the deeplinks for each software application in MW Setup tedious and time-consuming, and would like the ability to natively integrate with Opal Security to autonomously provision software to their employees
Hi Team:It’s great to see a dedicated page for “Product Updates” for us to track the roadmap items and it’s progress. We recently encountered a production issue where the bot is unexpectedly closing tickets when users click on the thumbs up/down feedback links. After reporting the issue, we were informed that this is a known product bug that other customers have also reported. However, we were never proactively notified about it.This isn’t an isolated case. We’ve consistently observed a lack of transparency regarding known issues. MW tends to communicate about bugs only after we raise them, rather than proactively informing us. Additionally, we do not receive clear details such as:Which features are affected How the issue can be replicated Whether any workaround is available ETA for the bug fixThis reactive approach has made issue resolution inefficient and time-consuming.While we appreciate the product roadmap updates you share, we strongly recommend setting up a centralized page or dashboard where customers can view:All current known bugs Impacted features Workarounds (if applicable) Expected resolution timelinesThis would significantly reduce the time spent raising support tickets and following up with CSMs, and would greatly improve trust and collaboration.
Including employee-related fields adds greater value to the raw interactions page. However, it's unclear whether this page incorporates semantic plugin mapping. Currently, the overview page does not align with “Plugin Insights” page leading to confusions while presenting the data to our leadership team.
When a user is speaking with the AI Copilot, and then later in the conversation connects to a live agent, the chat content is sent to the live chat agent.Current config (as stated here) allows to restrict the messages sent automatically to the Agent by the last X number of messages between bot and user only, remove URLs, and user utterances. However, balancing the need for info vs for privacy and confidentiality concerns, the ideal solution would be to share only the content in scope of current Conversation ID.Requesting this enhancement to the Live Agent functionality, so the chat being shared automatically with the Agent can be configured by number of messages, but also by current Conversation ID.
Currently, under the "Help" dropdown, users see the following two options: Open an IT Ticket Start a Live Agent Chat From a user experience perspective, it would be more effective to display these options as two separate buttons rather than under a dropdown.Benefits: Improves visibility of support options. Makes it easier and faster for users to access the appropriate support channel. Enhances overall user satisfaction by simplifying navigation. Suggested Implementation: Replace the dropdown with two clearly labeled buttons: "Open an IT Ticket" and "Start a Live Agent Chat". Please find attach templet
We have received a large amount of feedback on the UI for Brief Me. our users are struggling to get into Brief Me mode - the steps to launch brief me are clunky. I have seens folks type a question in the same step they attach a file - this will not work , i have seen folks add file with “+” , then click “>” but never click the button ask questions about file and then just start typing questions - i had to turn off generate content - because people were getting responses from the generate plugin and thought it was the result of brief me and were not impressed ( ..i feel like ask question about file button is completely unnecessary - of course they want to ask questions about the file - that is why they uploaded the document - maybe you mean the button to say “ start brief me mode” ? I am missing hte point of this extra step ) . I have had to launch a campaign a month after go live because the user adoption is so low with a video for people to watch so they can see the steps to get in… our adoption is still low and that is super disappointing because the feature is so useful !Recommend changing the UI to have a user clearly enter Brief Me mode immediately when uploading a file .
It would be great if we can dismiss a recommendation / comment so it is no longer showing ( i..e we have acknowledged the recommendation/reviewed it and made a decision on it ) . I no longer want to see it in the carousel. To go along with this and something another user mentioned - we have so many tickets a month - only allowing 15 recommendations is very limiting - can we increase this for the month or maybe make them weekly ? Or maybe produce a new recommendation every time a prior recommendation is dismissed/resolved/etc.
Hi Team,We've been implementing more software provisioning skills in our bot. We've received feedback from app admins and managers on the approval workflow process, mainly surrounding emails. Our organization uses different communication channels depending on the team/department. One commonality is that everyone uses email. Is there a functionality to send approvals via email as well as through the chatbot? This can be a setting within Moveworks Setup that specifies which channel approvals should be sent through.
Enable developers and admins to connect to business systems that require user permission to act on their behalf.
If I install multiple plugins for the same product, I am getting multiple duplicate actions. The install template tab tells me an action with that name already exists so I have to change the action name to install the plugin even though they are exact duplicates. This creates cleanup work that shouldn’t be necessary.
Having multiple tabs open in Agent studio does not work as expected. Can we improve the following situations:Going to the Home tab should remember which page I was last on, not always opening up plugins. For example if I am looking through multiple actions, I would do the following: Click on the Actions arrow then HTTP Actions Click on a action Go back to Home Then I am back at Plugins again so I have to click on the Actions arrow and then HTTP Actions again Switching between actions should not clear out changes or run history If I test a action and then go to another action in another tab, when I go back the console is then empty again so I have to test the action again to see the result
Hi all,We have recently ingested a new SharePoint site where a lot of important content is contained within Lists, which is unsupported. It would be great to get some advice of what can be done.
As our organization increasingly relies on Google Spaces for collaboration, the volume of user queries and the need for timely support are growing. Our service desk teams are finding it challenging to continuously monitor these spaces, promptly respond with relevant KB articles, and efficiently assist users by creating tickets.Implementing a channel resolver in Google Spaces could significantly streamline these processes. It would enable automated monitoring and response, ensuring that user queries are quickly addressed with the correct information and necessary actions, such as ticket creation, are seamlessly executed. This tool would not only enhance our service desk efficiency but also improve our overall user experience by providing faster and more accurate assistance.Could we explore the possibility of enabling a channel resolver to optimize our support operations within Google Spaces?
