Bot agrees to set information when asked.This Message mislead s user expectaton

When asking the AI bot to set ourselves as some “Head of department”, Bot responds saying it will remember . and when subsequently ask who is the head of the department , it provides us the response as our name.

Though this is only for that particular user in Context but this misleads the user in expecting the the information is set somewhere in the backend .

Expectation is it must inform , it doesn't  have the capability to set something - or point out to some resource where user can do it by themself

This is essentially the same class of behaviors that enables the bot to change the tone of an email or respond in a certain way/tone in the conversation.

  2. Be cautious with sensitive and highly subjective topics.
  3. Respond to users with relevant content from their organization’s resources.
  4. Focus on primarily serving work-related requests.
  5. As far as possible, use available plugins as tools to serve user requests. Do not respond to the user without attempting to use plugins first.
  6. Give users visibility into the content used to generate the responses.
