Targeted user communications

In our instance this product is tied to our AD. As such it ‘knows’ us by our name, email, etc. I should be able to target a user communication by using their name or email directly and not by adding that information into a .CSV file and importing the file. If possible I would love to see this feature added and skip the unnecessary step of creating and importing a .CSV file since you already know who we are.
