Linking CSAT Data to User Interactions

The CSAT data is helpful, but it would be far more valuable if it were paired with the actual interactions and feedback from the users who submitted it. That way, we can quickly see the reasoning behind their rating or comment. Without this connection, we have to dig into the raw interactions report and manually isolate each user’s conversations—a process that is both time-consuming and inefficient.
