    Is there something like a Personal Developer Instance for developers.4. Future Consideration

    Looking to have access to a Personal Developer Instance or a free cloud tenant. Similar to ServiceNow or to SailPoint both APaaS provide users with PDIs. SailPoint does it if you’re an ambassador, so I was hoping for a similar process for Moveworks. But please confirm.

    NGCP Get Help: Make Comment Mandatory for Negative Feedback4. Future Consideration

    When an employee shares a thumbs down feedback, it would be great if a comment/description was required so that we can more swiftly action the feedback. Many employees are sharing feedback without a comment, and with current NGCP analytics, it’s difficult to associate the feedback with the specific interaction data. Thanks!

    I think it would be great to be able to have the ability to see the answer ingestion without being granted access to Moveworks Setup User.I have many people who handle my KBs and just giving them the ability to see those sections would be great.

    Key Dates:Release: December 2025What is it:Use GPT 5.2 in your Agent Studio LLM actions. This is available in US & EU on OpenAI Direct + US on Azure OpenAI.Azure is still working to get GPT-5.2 up in the other data centers. Once available, we'll expand support!     Ability to bypass user added message blocking for Employee Communications1. New

    Since this wasn’t in the Product Ideas forum I’m going to drop it in here. The original thread is here: Ability to prevent users from blocking messages from Employee Communications | CommunityI would like a way to be able to make sure the firmwide messages that we send are received by people regardless if they have requested not to get messages from the bot. We understand that people may want to block messages, and that’s fine, but if they also don’t receive the communications from the Employee Communications that detracts from the usefulness of the tool because if we’re sending a communication it’s meant to be received and since this is an internal message that shouldn’t be blocked.If we were going to use Omni for any emergency situation then it would need a way to bypass.

Instead, they must save the image locally and then upload it as an attachment.     Customizing Bot Personality/Tone1. New

    We would like the ability to customize and modify the tone and diction of our Moveworks Bot. At the moment, this feature exists, but only on the user-specific level, initiated by asking the Bot to change how it talks or what it’s personality should mimic. This would enable us to create a more unique personality for our Bot that is consistent across all employees, driving engagement, and improving perception. We are seeking engagement from others in Community to determine if a desire for this exists outside of our company. Thank you!
