Alerts (email or notification to admin) - When customer pressed unhelpful Navi feedback

This makes sense because the native skills contain buttons that have expiry conditions and there should be consistency with Creator Studio. However, there is some research required within Creator Studio to test the feasibility. This is a great idea to consider as part of our roadmap.
