Introducing Bender Context Data Bank — now live in Agent Studio in all regions (including AU, CA, EU, GovCloud)! Working with compound actions and conversational processes just got way easier! One of the most common pain points we’ve heard from developers is simple: “I don’t know what data is available to use in bender / DSL.” Until now, you had to guess, dig through docs, or hope you remembered the right object names — slowing down setup and increasing the risk of errors.Data Bank fixes that.We’ve added a clear, static Data Bank modal directly into the compound action and conversational process configuration UI, giving developers immediate visibility into the core context objects they can reference when conducting data mapping or filtration. This data bank modal shows all data available for the current active step, and you can simply drag & drop or copy-paste any fields directly into the bender/DSL input area.What we are displaying: Input args in Compound Actions Slots in Conversational Processes Global contexts such as User Output keys from previous steps, where schema is available This context is immediately usable in autocomplete and dot-walking, and attached is a sample visual demo of the behavior in a conversational process.Let us know what you think or what else you’d like to see!

Currently, ambient agent plugins are logged under the generic name "SystemEvent," which makes it challenging to identify and filter logs for individual plugins.Unlike other plugins, where logs can be easily filtered by selecting the specific plugin name from a dropdown, ambient agent plugins show zero logs when filtered by their actual plugin name because the logs are grouped under "SystemEvent." This lack of distinct naming in logs complicates debugging, especially when multiple ambient agent plugins run simultaneously, as all their logs appear under the same generic label.It would be highly beneficial to enhance the logging system to provide unique, identifiable names for ambient agent plugins in the logs, enabling precise filtering and more efficient troubleshooting.

Hey team, I want to be able to send notification to users utilizing buttons that could open hyperlinks.Currently we can use links in the notification itself but in some cases we might want to be more specific to the user presenting maybe 2 options, one where an action can be performed, and the other for the user to go to the company portal to see it in full detail.The other problem is that I want to be able to open dialogs in teams and currently we can only use deeplinks which is not supported and it doesnt provide a good experience to show a hyperlink to open the dialog

I'm looking for a feature similar to environment variables in Microsoft Power Platform where I can create a variable that can used across plugins, actions, conversational processes, and connectors. Example:The Workday API has a path param for {tenant}. It would be great if I could create an env variable for this value in both Sandbox and Prod. When the plugin is deployed to Prod, it would use the Prod {tenant} value.

Looking to have access to a Personal Developer Instance or a free cloud tenant. Similar to ServiceNow or to SailPoint both APaaS provide users with PDIs. SailPoint does it if you’re an ambassador, so I was hoping for a similar process for Moveworks. But please confirm.

When an employee shares a thumbs down feedback, it would be great if a comment/description was required so that we can more swiftly action the feedback. Many employees are sharing feedback without a comment, and with current NGCP analytics, it’s difficult to associate the feedback with the specific interaction data. Thanks!

This is available in US & EU on OpenAI Direct + US on Azure OpenAI.Azure is still working to get GPT-5.2 up in the other data centers. Once available, we'll expand support! Since this wasn’t in the Product Ideas forum I’m going to drop it in here. The original thread is here: Ability to prevent users from blocking messages from Employee Communications | CommunityI would like a way to be able to make sure the firmwide messages that we send are received by people regardless if they have requested not to get messages from the bot. We understand that people may want to block messages, and that’s fine, but if they also don’t receive the communications from the Employee Communications that detracts from the usefulness of the tool because if we’re sending a communication it’s meant to be received and since this is an internal message that shouldn’t be blocked.If we were going to use Omni for any emergency situation then it would need a way to bypass.
