I would like a way to be able to make sure the firmwide messages that we send are received by people regardless if they have requested not to get messages from the bot. We understand that people may want to block messages, and that’s fine, but if they also don’t receive the communications from the Employee Communications that detracts from the usefulness of the tool because if we’re sending a communication it’s meant to be received and since this is an internal message that shouldn’t be blocked.
If we were going to use Omni for any emergency situation then it would need a way to bypass.
