When working with the Agent Studio 2.0 and I find that I am unable to edit slots after they are created when building decision policies. I am not sure if I am missing something or this is just a limitation of the new Agent Studio. I find that once the slot has been created, I cannot go back and adjust the data type, slot retrieval details, etc. This would be a hinderance when building plugins as a new slot would have to be created any time a necessary change is needed.

The product automatically classifies newly created tickets from digital channels such as Chat, Email and Portal.What are the advantages of this new architecture?Relaxed data requirements: Less data and no data distribution requirements required for Triage, due to the embeddings + index infrastructure. I updated an KA and now VIC seems to no longer show the articles link instead have replaced them with (1), The top “ I need monitor replace” shows the link to complete Computer Accessories Request but the bottom for headset issue is missing the line to reach out to the IT support and the only way you can see this option is click on (1). As part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience through My Moveworks, we are making updates to the login experience so that you can more easily access deep links within the product and surfaces like our Academy & Community (i.e. you’ll be able to click on a link like this, and get redirected even if you need to login: https://academy.moveworks.com/catalog/courses/4095253).During a proactive audit ahead of these new capabilities, we identified that some organizations failed to configure the SSO settings of one or more MyMoveworks tenants correctly. If you were one of the affected organizations, we will reach out to your program team via email to notify you. If we don’t reach out to you, you can safely ignore this post.Your SSO administrator will need to follow the steps to configure SSO and make sure they include the customer_id

Pros:The events team absolutely crushed it. I’ve organized many events at Google and have gone to many conferences and I felt that the organization of this event was on part if not superior to other events I’ve seen, also San Jose is great place to have it in. No risk of being mugged. Meeting the Sales, eng, product, customer success, marketing, UX, etc. teams was great. Putting faces to names is always great. You have a mighty team backing your product which brings incredible credibility to what you do and you should probably have more youtube videos explaining more about your team because that eases concerns that you aren’t working with a fly by night tech company. Shout to my handler Brandi for doing a great job. I enjoyed the break out sessions, speaking to the person running the moveworks copilot (guy who wore a grey sweater and had impeccable knowledge and comedic game), and the two people who ran the new Moveworks Exinsig
