As part of our ongoing effort to improve your experience through My Moveworks, we are making updates to the login experience so that you can more easily access deep links within the product and surfaces like our Academy & Community (i.e. you’ll be able to click on a link like this, and get redirected even if you need to login: https://academy.moveworks.com/catalog/courses/4095253).

During a proactive audit ahead of these new capabilities, we identified that some organizations failed to configure the SSO settings of one or more MyMoveworks tenants correctly. If you were one of the affected organizations, we will reach out to your program team via email to notify you. If we don’t reach out to you, you can safely ignore this post.

Your SSO administrator will need to follow the steps to configure SSO and make sure they include the customer_id, data_center_domain, and subdomain correctly in the configuration, following our SSO setup guides.

The update should only take a couple of minutes for your administrator and is clearly laid out in the setup guides.

Please update your SSO configuration with your SSO administrator by March 31, 2025. If you do not update your configuration before March 31, 2025, your organization’s login to MyMoveworks will stop working. End users of your Moveworks bot won’t be impacted, and you won’t lose any data, but your SSO admin will need to make the updates before you can log back in.

If you have any questions, please submit a request with Moveworks Support via your My Moveworks portal.

Thank you!
