We’re excited to share that on January 26, 2026, both Assistant on Web (AI Assistant + Enterprise Search) and the Embedded AI Assistant will be updated to reflect Moveworks’ new visual identity. This update brings a cleaner, more modern interface and improves accessibility and consistency across all web experiences.

As part of this change, the way primary color is applied will be standardized across the Assistant on Web + Embedded Assistant surfaces. There is no update you need to make for this update. It will automatically get applied to your web experiences.

To learn more about this update, please visit our Product Documentation Page where you will get more details and see what’s changing.

@DIANA.TWC - FYI - this was the branding change announcement that was posted to Community last month. Let’s spend time on today’s call to ensure TWC’s primary colors are configured correctly on MW Setup

Hi all, sharing a brief summary from another thread. We are looking for clarity as the recent UI changes impact MS Teams. The updated color palette and typography do not align with the native Teams experience in light or dark mode, and the mismatch is noticeable for end users, especially relative to our brand standards.

For this same reason, we have delayed rolling out the AI Assistant on Web due to limited customization options. It is important that the assistant feels like part of the company experience, and these changes and limitations make that harder today.
