Hey team,

 

I want to be able to send notification to users utilizing buttons that could open hyperlinks.

Currently we can use links in the notification itself but in some cases we might want to be more specific to the user presenting maybe 2 options, one where an action can be performed, and the other for the user to go to the company portal to see it in full detail.

The other problem is that I want to be able to open dialogs in teams and currently we can only use deeplinks which is not supported and it doesnt provide a good experience to show a hyperlink to open the dialog

Hey Dennis,

In general, we’re moving more towards bringing these experiences into the Assistant – rather than buttons that kick the user out of their Agentic AI experience. The pop-up dialog in teams was something I know we got started in the message API days, but it might be worth spending some time with our developer advocates at the next office hour to rethink how to make these experiences more native – rather than making investments that steer users out of the conversation experience.
