Is it possible to specify which pages and folders to ingest with the next gen connector? My app reg has read access to the root of our sharepoint but I don’t want to ingest all the files, only specific pages and so on. It seems like this was possible for the classic ingestion but not the max capacity.

I have Integrated Moveworks with Servicenow and Ingested all the users in Moveworks but only few can access the bot in snow ESC. I have verified all the ACLs and Bot Access rules in Moveworks. did anyone face the same issue to? help me out.

Does Moveworks expose a supported API, built-in Agent Studio action, or Events Workspace integration that allows a webhook-triggered Ambient Agent to send a message to an existing Employee Communications distribution-group audience, using the audience's group identifier rather than individual employee email addresses?

Hi Moveworks Community, We’ve upgraded the infrastructure behind Triage Insights to a more modern, standardized data pipeline, making your Triage reporting more accurate and reliable. Triage in Moveworks applies only to ticket data, predicting and auto-filling fields like Category, Subcategory, Business Service, and Priority. Each ticket gets a Triage Result: Correct, Incorrect, No Prediction, or Not Relevant. Previously, for less than 1% of tickets, the system didn’t always pick the most accurate record, so some tickets showed the verdict as Not Relevant even when a correct verdict existed. That’s now fixed, so the pipeline always uses the latest data and each ticket’s verdict reflects its most recent triage. Note: No action is needed on your side. This improvement is automatic for all customers already using Triage on Moveworks. This is a forward fix and will only apply to all new triage runs starting 16th October.

The Moveworks Assistant in Slack is getting a faster, clearer experience! Answers stream in as they are written, employees can see what the Assistant is working on, tables display cleanly, and live agent chats are easier to follow. Most of these changes turn on automatically. A few are optional, because they depend on your preferences or need a change to your Slack app. This post covers what is changing, when, and what your admins can do.What's the timeline?October 19: The new experience goes live for a small group of early customers. From the same day, every other customer can try it in their sandbox. October 29: General availability. Nice to meet you all! I’m sort of new to the community. I am Liz Ellis, I work at Ciena Corp and I partner with our product owners for Moveworks, regarding HR related activities. We went live with Moveworks several years ago; first with IT (ServiceNow) and 6 months later with HR.  We use Workday and have enabled HCM, Recruiting, Talent Management, Learning, Peakon, and more. We’ve been using Workday for over 10 years.  I would love to connect with any Moveworks customers integrated with Workday.  I will be at the Workday Rising conference next week (Oct 12-16 ‘26) and if other Movework/Workday customers will be there, it would be great to connect. Feel free to reach out to me at eellis@ciena.com. Thanks!Liz

Is there a free ticket for developers who have helped the community for now[dev]26 in San Jose!??

I am building a use case where on a schedule, I run a call to ServiceNow to gather a list of users that need to fill out a specific form and notify them. The notification has a button for them to trigger a conversation process. That process walks them through providing their options for the slots that will go be used as input arguments for a HTTP call at the end back to ServiceNow to fill the form. There is also a confirmation before sending the HTTP call. The notification is working, the button triggering the conversation process is working and the flow of the conversation to gather the slots seems to be working. It is always failing when sending the HTTP call at the end. When testing, at the end, it prompts all the selections I made properly, I click yes to confirm and then it says there was an issue submitting the form. The issue is that there doesn’t seem to be a way to troubleshoot what happened. When I look at the logs, the HTTP call does not show in the logs. It ends at the notif

Your Moveworks AI Assistant can turn structured data into trusted answers in seconds. Many teams are already using Structured Data Analysis (SDA) today. Now we're putting the control directly in your hands: a setting to enable or disable SDA now appears in your Moveworks Setup. To make sure every team can take advantage of it, SDA will be enabled for your organization on October the 14th unless you choose to turn it off.Why you will love itWith SDA, employees just ask in plain English and get a real answer back in seconds, because the Assistant writes and runs actual code against the data, then shows exactly what it did.Faster insights. Ask in everyday language and get a ranked, calculated answer instead of a guess. Real analysis, not truncation. The Assistant works across the full dataset, aggregating, filtering, and ranking, instead of losing accuracy to token limits. Answers you can trust. Every response includes a plain-English summary plus an expandable code citation showing the ex

When reviewing Past Batches for recurring campaigns, the history can grow to 100+ pages. Currently, I have to click through each page individually to find a previous batch. Is there an existing way to navigate this history more efficiently? If not, these enhancements would help: Date range filter: Find batches from a specific date or period. Jump to page: Go directly to a page instead of clicking through each one. Batches per page: Choose to display 25, 50, or 100 batches. Does anyone have a workaround, or could these options be considered for a future enhancement?
