Training Knowledge Studio

Is there a way to help train Knowledge Studio? Of interest to me is the ability to indicate when a suggestion is Not Helpful. If for example, I often see suggestions to add a new article, or a sub-topic to an existing one. These article and sub-topics already exist in our knowledge base. Marking them unhelpful will help train the bot so it reduces the number of these redundant offerings.

If I dig deeply enough, I can rate the articles. However, a toolbar with rating or training controls would make it much easier. Navigating and trying to find useful information has a steep learning curve.

Specifically, add an option to “Remove this recommendation” from the rating component below:
