AI Assistant
 

UX updates

  • Shorter progress updates (August 8th)
    • We're reducing the number of progress messages the AI Assistant sends during backend tasks (ticket creation, DL additions, password resets, custom plugins) to minimize conversation clutter while maintaining transparency about task status.
    • Now you'll see shorter and concise messages within assistant for all these built in plugins (Group Access: create DL, add people to DL, remove people from DL, Ticket creation, Software access) as well as custom plugins, specifically plugins that use compound actions. For those custom plugins, you'll see shorter progress update and final return messages.

  • Live Agent updates (August 20th)
    • What’s new with the experience?
      1. An “exit” button so that users can exit the waiting queue or end session with agent.

      2. Agent image will be displayed.

      3. Live Agent Transcript will be available for Slack customers, already live for MS Teams customers.
         

         

Forms Search (August 12th)

What's Improved?
Our Forms system now automatically detects intent and entities using your complete form content, eliminating the need for manual setup. This will be a phased rollout, more info on this will be provided soon.

Enterprise Search
 

Enterprise Search helps employees efficiently search for and access information from various, disjointed sources, all in one centralized surface. This helps employees to discover artifacts and insights faster, empowering them to stay focused on more strategic work. Enterprise Search is only available in our new web-based application.

Content Connectors Limited Preview Update

  • Content connectors that were previously in Limited Preview are now in an open limited preview state, meaning nominations are no longer required for customer access.

Content Integrations

  • Improving Ingestion speed in ServiceNOW with permissions (August 11th)
    • We're improving ServiceNow content ingestion speed and reliability for organizations using both user permissions and article versioning. Previously, article updates could take up to 24 hours to appear due to version ID changes, but we're now using article numbers as consistent identifiers across all versions. This enhancement reduces content freshness delays from 24 hours to just 4 hours, ensuring employees always have access to the most current information. This will be a phased rollout to all customers by end of August.

Content Gateway

  • HTML Support, Incremental Ingestion, and Permissions Ingestion (Currently in development, more info on this will be shared soon)
     

Webhook Triggers
 

Webhook triggers enable Moveworks agents to listen to external systems (Workday, Salesforce, Asana) and automatically trigger plugins without third-party tools, replacing the current Paths/Queries/Events system in Classic Agent Studio.

  • Automation that talks to people, not just systems. Combines backend automation with LLM-powered natural language interactions - sending notifications, collecting data, and requesting approvals conversationally

I’m not seeing these updates in our environments- do we need to do something on our side for them to be enabled?

Same here ​@jbentahir I don’t see these updates either, especially for Live Agent updates (August 20th) and Forms Search (August 12th).

Update on the Live Agent updates - Aug 29th

  • An “exit” button so that users can exit the waiting queue or end session with agent.
    • We will launch this by Wed, Sept 3rd
  • Agent image will be displayed.
    • This was launched however we see that some customers are not seeing the avatar. We suspect its a config issue in ServiceNOW side. Will be providing further instructions in the next update 
  • Live Agent Transcript will be available for Slack customers, already live for MS Teams customers.

Is there an update on the Forms Search (August 12th)? Is this enhancement leveraging metadata? Is there any more information on this? Do the customers have to put a ticket in with support to have the forms metadata searchable or is it automatic?
