As an admin, I would love if I were able to do additional things within Knowledge Studio. Such as:

  • Enabling an admin to mark a suggestion as completed, not applicable, notes, etc. so we don’t have to try and remember which ones we have already worked.
  • See history of items we have marked completed, etc. so that we can look at the history of what has been taken care of.
  • More of an interactive “To-Do” view or “Task” oriented view would be helpful when filtering what suggestions we are able to actually turn into KBAs, and what suggestions are not applicable.

Thank you for all you do!

Thanks Jessica, I upvoted your proposal, we have the same requirements.
I would also add in : option to export the data from Knowledge library section.

Add me to the list

Hard to keep tabs on which Recommendations have been reviewed

The “All Recommendations” view should have drop-down Col with
Reviewed Pending
Reviewed No Action
KB Created

The “Card” view should also have the same drop-down field so its clear the recommendation has been reviewed

There should 100% be more bits of control within Knowledge Studio for sure!

We are looking to enhance our knowledge via this tool, but are running into some of the same issues.

  • We expect multiple team members to work through recommendations monthly.
  • Tracking each recommendation’s progress is essential.
  • Currently, there is no “completed” status to indicate when a recommendation has been actioned.

This would be very helpful for us as well!
