I am sharing an idea for enhancing the Employee Communication Module's - Campaigns reporting functionality to reduce manual effort.
Current Workflow:
Once a campaign is created and completed, the report must be manually downloaded each time and shared with the intended recipients. This process can be time-consuming, especially when follow-ups or reminders are required.
Use Case Example:
Recently, I ran a campaign for application license management. As employees don’t always respond immediately, I had to:
- Download the campaign report multiple times over a period of days or weeks
- Manually share it with the application support team
- Wait for responses and send reminders to users who hadn’t taken action
Suggested Enhancements:

Automated Report Delivery:
- Enable the option to automatically send the campaign report to selected recipients after a defined period (e.g., 7 days or 15 days).
- Allow scheduling of report delivery based on the campaign's age or status.

Auto Reminders:
- Provide the ability to send automated reminders to users who haven’t taken action, with options for 1 or 2 reminders at predefined intervals.
These enhancements would significantly reduce manual effort and improve the efficiency of managing campaigns and follow-ups.
