These are the newest connectors available for 10 content systems. They support a scale of millions of documents, out-of-the-box permissions support and improved freshness SLAs. These connectors are currently available as part of an upgrade. Please reach out to your account team to learn more about getting access and connecting Moveworks to millions of documents.

New and improved search plugin coming to US and EU in February / March
We are rolling out a new Enterprise Search plugin in AI Assistant for all US and EU customers, which uses an upgraded and scale-ready search and relevance ML system. This new plugin represents our new and improved search that is capable of finding the most relevant content across millions of documents.
When will the Enterprise Search plugin be available?

- Thursday, January 22: Early access for customers to try the Enterprise Search plugin
- Tuesday, February 24: All US customers will be automatically switched to the enterprise search plugin
- EU customers
- Thursday, February 5: Early access available for customers to try the Enterprise Search plugin
- Tuesday, March 3: All EU customers will be automatically switched to the enterprise search plugin

AI Assistant
A New Look for Moveworks Web Experiences (Assistant on Web, Enterprise Search, Embedded Assistant)
Next Monday, both Assistant on Web (AI Assistant + Enterprise Search) and the Embedded AI Assistant will be updated to reflect Moveworks’ new visual identity. This update brings a cleaner, more modern interface and improves accessibility and consistency across all web experiences.

Introducing Permissions Checker in Ingested Knowledge & Files
The Permission Checker tool allows Moveworks admins to verify whether a specific user has access to specific knowledge base articles or files by selecting or providing a user’s email address.
