A brand new Enterprise Search plugin for the AI Assistant

We are rolling out a new Enterprise Search plugin in AI Assistant for all US and EU customers, which uses an upgraded and scale-ready search and relevance ML system that can find the most relevant content across millions of documents, returning more relevant results in every interaction.

  • The Enterprise Search plugin will replace the current Knowledge Search plugin.
  • All customers in US and EU regions will be migrated to the Enterprise Search plugin by March 2, 2026 as a platform-level change. All of your organization's internal content (files, knowledge and FAQs) will be available automatically, and no action is required from customers.

This platform update is a prerequisite for Moveworks Enterprise Search.

When will the Enterprise Search plugin be available?

US customers

  • Thursday, January 22: Early access for customers to try the Enterprise Search plugin
  • Tuesday, February 24: All US customers will be automatically switched to the enterprise search plugin

EU customers

  • Thursday, February 5: Early access available for customers to try the Enterprise Search plugin
  • Tuesday, March 3: All EU customers will be automatically switched to the enterprise search plugin
