GPT-5.4 Basic Tier Upgrade to the Moveworks Reasoning Engine

We are targeting September 9 for the Basic tier release of GPT-5.4, at which point all remaining customers will be upgraded. We adjusted the original release schedule to address plugin behavior caused by GPT-5.4 in the Plugin Duplicate Behavior Improvements update.

Note: The Plugin Duplicate Behavior Improvements are already live in the Frontier and Standard tiers. On September 9, both the behavior improvements and GPT-5.4 will roll out to the Basic tier.

Current status of Tiers:

• Frontier: GPT-5.4 and Plugin Behavior Improvements release
• Standard: GPT-5.4 and Plugin Behavior Improvements release
• Basic: GPT-5.2 (Will upgrade on 9/9 to both GPT-5.4 and Plugin Behavior Improvements release)
