In the past, we have set up booths during innovation and tech expo days to showcase new functionalities, demonstrate the progress of our solutions, and gather fresh ideas from the team.

We just started making use of disclaimers too

That’s awesome @afleury! I’m curious if you’ve had ideas come from the booth showcase that you were able to execute on?

Yeah, they were mainly easy ones, like simple lookup queries from ServiceNow and reverse lookups.

As a general piece of advice, I think it’s important to be a platform evangelist and dream big! I usually strike up a chat with my captive audience in the lifts and share things we have been doing with the bot too 😂

LOL I love that @afleury. Sounds like you are a true Moveworks champion 😄

@afleury I love what you did with disclaimers, were you able to make the happen in Setup? I’m assuming it is taking the users to a KA and Form?

Hi @DIANA.TWC you’re correct they’re a KA and Form links 🙂 the disclaimer we have setup had to be done through the Moveworks Support team. The UI was recently updated, it’s at the bottom of Release Notes 2025.

I think the Moveworks team mainly set these types of disclaimers up during the initial launch of the bot, but I did hear that it might be an option to configure for Moveworks Administrators in the future.

One thing to note is you don’t get analytics on link clicks in the disclaimer section, so as a workaround, I’m using a short url solution to capture the click-through analytics.
