Hey,

Could you please provide a firm ETA on when the New Ticketing Setup Experience will be available?

We are currently onboarding our HR team to Jira Service Management and are waiting on this smooth configuration to set up Copilot ticketing for the HR domain.

As my manager previously discussed with our Moveworks CSM, this integration is a top-tier priority and is positioned as the primary 'win' for our Copilot expansion. Because of the high internal visibility and the strict timelines we’ve committed to our leadership, we need this experience available to move forward.

Any update or visibility into the release schedule would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for sharing the request. We are currently under the GTM Motion for this new ticketing journey and have enabled this configuration, starting with a few pilot partner organizations to test the new flow.  We will be doing a broader release for all customers by 12th Feb. Just want to double check if this still getting released any time soon? As you mentioned it should be released on 12th Feb, but I still not seeing any updates.
