The visual created by the “thinking” process occurring and then being replaced by the answer/response can be jarring or distracting. I’d like to have the option to chose a single line of text such as “Working on your request. You’ll see your response here soon...” or simply responding with an emoji to show that the bot has your request.

Hi @kyril.remillard - do you have any updates on this request? If not removed, can we customize it? Like only showing a singular phrase during the loading process.

Fair feedback.

Currently this isn't customizable. The thinking indicator is there so users know the assistant is actively working on their request, not frozen. Without some visual feedback, it can look like nothing's happening.

That said, the direction we're heading is smarter than just swapping animations. We're working toward having the LLM generate contextual status messages, such as "Checking your timecard status...", instead of generic dots. That actually tells the user what's happening, which is more useful than what we currently do.

This is coming as the core experience continues to mature.

The plan is to provide title only summaries and collapse the details of the thinking, within H1 2026.

@sagarika - just to clarify, what is the name of this task on the Roadmap?
