Employee Communications Segmentation

We have several departments that wish to also use MW Employee Comms.  However, there is no way to segment that and managing the long list of comms/surveys etc with no available filtering in the GUI has caused us to take pause on federating this module across various business units.

Is there a plan to segment or provide filtering in the employee comms module?
