What will I find on the new Help Center?
The new public Help Center aggregates all customer-facing content from our Notion and Zendesk guides, including KBAs covering Access Needs, Troubleshooting, Docs, and Product Blueprints.
The Help Center contains over 100 knowledge articles today, and is growing rapidly.

What are the main benefits of the new Help Center?
- Consolidates all product-related information and content in one site
- Aggregates all sites via NavTree — Documentation, Developer, Academy, and Support
- Enables self-service, empowering team members to read and learn more to adopt new use cases
What will happen to Zendesk?
We have migrated all previous documentation from Zendesk to the new Help Center, and will no longer make updates to Zendesk. However, you can still file and track support issues via Zendesk ticketing.
