Hello Everyone,
 

We've been listening closely to your feedback and suggestions. In our ongoing commitment to enhance your experience, we're excited to share that we're currently working on several improvements to the My Moveworks Support Portal.

Recently Completed Enhancements

  • Closing Support Cases from the Support Portal: As of August 2024, users can now close support cases directly from the portal.
  • Feedback Survey: Starting September 20, 2024 users will now have the option to participate in feedback surveys designed to rate their support experience.

Ongoing Enhancements

  • Streamlining Portal Login: We know that logging into the My Moveworks Support Portal with a one-time password (OTP) after already logging into My Moveworks can be cumbersome. We're on it!  Our goal is to remove the need for a separate login, allowing seamless access to the support portal once logged into My Moveworks.
     
  • Enhancements to Ticket Creation: One of the highly requested features has been the ability to add attachments while creating a ticket via the Support Portal. We understand its importance and are working toward making this feature available.  Until then, attachments can be added as updates to already created tickets.
     
  • Adding Additional Users to CC for Tickets: We're addressing the limitation regarding adding additional users in CC when creating tickets via the Support Portal – a feature already enjoyed by users creating tickets via email. Meanwhile, additional users can access other tickets via their portal by default, or individuals can be tagged in specific posts for notifications.

Here are the latest updates regarding the recently completed and currently ongoing enhancements to the Moveworks Support Portal:

Completed Enhancements:

  • Closing Support Cases from the Support Portal: As of August 2024, we've empowered users with the ability to close their support cases directly from the portal.
     
  • Feedback Survey: Starting September 20, 2024, we introduced an option for users to participate in feedback surveys. 
     
  • Enhancements to Ticket Creation: In response to popular demand, we launched a feature in the first week of November 2024 allowing users to add attachments while creating a ticket via the Support Portal. This enhancement simplifies the ticket creation process and enables users to provide a more detailed account of issues from the outset.

Ongoing Enhancements:

  • Streamlining Portal Login: We are actively working to streamline the login process for the My Moveworks Support Portal. Recognizing the current inconvenience of requiring a one time password  even after users have logged into My Moveworks, our objective is to remove the need for separate login steps, thus providing seamless access to the support portal upon signing on to My Moveworks. This enhancement is well underway, with a projected completion date by the end of January 2025.

Upcoming Enhancements:

  • Adding Additional Users to CC for Tickets: We are currently reviewing ways to overcome the existing restriction against adding additional users in CC when creating tickets via the Support Portal. This capability, which users creating tickets via email already enjoy, is being examined for its feasibility and best approach to implementation. Until this enhancement is rolled out, users have the interim solution of accessing other tickets via their portal by default, and the option to tag individuals in specific posts for notifications.

Hello Everyone,

We are excited to inform you that we have successfully eliminated the dependency on the One Time Password  for logging into the support portal. Previously, users were required to enter their email address, wait for an email, and then enter the OTP to access the support portal.

With the new login experience, users can seamlessly log in to the Salesforce portal without needing to enter any details. This enhancement is designed to save you time and simplify your access to support.

Steps to Access the New Experience:

  1. Log in to My Moveworks.
  2. Click on the Support Tile.
  3. Select "Log In with Different Provider". (This step is only required during the first login)
  4. Choose your region (e.g., My Moveworks (US)).
  5. Click on your organization name (e.g., {org_name}.moveworks.com).

We believe this new login process will enhance your experience and streamline your access to support. If you have any questions or encounter any issues, please do not hesitate to contact Moveworks Support team.

Note: Currently, we have kept both the One Time Password based login and the new single sign-on experience available.
