For most Moveworks customers, the insights contained in our standard analytics dashboards provides more than enough information to track progress and report back findings to key stakeholders internally. However, there may be times where you want to expand on the insights in these dashboards and take greater ownership over your raw data. This is where our SFTP feed comes in!Here, we can provide a daily export of your bot’s raw data via SFTP, allowing you to import relevant data into your BI tool of choice. For more information on how to establish this connection with support from your Customer Success team, please review this page in our Documentation site. For those of you who currently leverage the SFTP feed and import data into your BI tool(s), which types of insights have you been able to gather? How has having this data at your disposal helped with demonstrating value and identifying area of opportunity?
