Getting duplicate messages while using a compound action with notify step

Question

I am using a compound action with a notify step (just to use buttons like Approve, Reject). The bot is giving false positives (like time off has been approved), and it is giving me more information than what I have asked it to display via the compound action. I am using this compound action in a conversational process, and have seen this duplication before when used like this.
