Export feature for importing use case from one to another is not working as expected

When deploying a use case from one instance to another, the system consistently prompts for the recreation of shared action / compound actions, displaying the message: “An object with the same name already exists.” This necessitates either recreating the object or reconfiguring the pre-existing object and performing cleanup activities for newly created action/compound action at a later stage after the use case is configured.

This approach increases the risk of human error and may lead to unintentional changes being made directly in the production environment, which is not aligned with established process compliance standards.

it is a know issue / what is the best way of deploying use cases on prod
