🎉 We’re excited to announce that Webhook Triggers are now available to all customers in Agent Studio. 🎉
Webhook triggers let external systems like Workday, Salesforce, or Asana trigger Moveworks plugins directly. No conversational utterance or iPaaS or middleware required. They’re what enable event-driven ambient agents that act the moment something happens in a system.
This milestone brings one of the core building blocks of Ambient Agents to everyone, allowing developers to create fully automated, proactive workflows without any conversational prompts.
🆕 What’s new in Preview
- Webhook triggers are now enabled globally for all customers.
- The feature includes the new Listener Editor UI for configuring and managing listeners in Agent Studio.
- A new “Require secured webhook listeners” setting is available under Setup → Security and Privacy Settings (Super Admins only), enforcing a secure-by-default model for all new listeners.
