Web Search in Quick GPT (July 1)
- Fetch live results like current news, insights, and competitor info from the internet.
- Get efficient, relevant answers from high-rank web pages. No wading through the clutter of sponsored links or SEO stuffed articles.
- Verify details with citations that go straight to the source webpage.
- Make smarter decisions with up-to-date info and actionable responses.
- How it works?
- The LLM decides whether or not it should use live web research responses.
- Citations can appear at the end of a sentence or in as part of the response.
- Any customer that currently has access to Quick GPT will automatically get this update (Web Search). Available for US, CA, AU and EU customers.

Smart Handoff for Channel Resolver (June 30)
Moveworks has enhanced its AI Assistant with smart handoff capabilities for Channel Resolver.
Previous Behavior
- When AI couldn't find relevant knowledge/workflows, it only added a "no resolution" emoji
- Users had to wait for manual Slack agent assistance
New Enhancements
- AI can now initiate a smart handoff via DM when no relevant information is found
- Users can immediately request help by connecting with a live agent or filing a ticket
- Only works when automatic ticketing is disabled

- Channel-level configuration in Moveworks setup
- Handoff triggered only when no relevant info found + user requests additional help
- Ignores messages from disabled domains
- Original thread keeps "no resolution" emoji and stays unresolved if user files ticket/contacts agent

Structured Data Analyzer (June 2025)
The Structured Data Analyzer is a powerful Code Interpreter that inspects the data returned by a plugin, generates a Python script to analyze the data, and summarizes the results for a user.

User Consent Auth Limited Preview (June 2025)
User Consent Auth (OAuth 2.0 Grant Type: Authorization Code) is an authorization standard that enables Moveworks to access 3rd party resources on behalf of a user without exposing the user's credentials (like a password) to Moveworks. This allows end users to give total consent into what a system has access to, as well as give controls and visibility into what that system needs. This is a new functionality introduced inside Agent Studio.
