We're making a small change to the language we use when rolling out new features — and we wanted to give you a heads up.

Going forward, what we've been calling Limited Preview will now be called Controlled Availability. This aligns our terminology with ServiceNow's, making it easier to have consistent conversations across both platforms.

What does this mean for you?
Same experience, new name. Controlled Availability works the same way Limited Preview always did: early access to features for a select group of customers before broader release. The experience, the process for getting access, and how we communicate with you about it are all unchanged.

You'll start seeing "Controlled Availability" in our roadmap updates, release communications, and documentation where "Limited Preview" used to appear.

As always, if you're interested in early access to upcoming features or have questions about anything in our roadmap, feel free to reach out or drop a comment below.
