🔍 What you’ll do
- Architect scalable, enterprise-wide Moveworks solutions
- Oversee implementation of conversational workflows, intents, skills, and integrations
- Lead integrations with systems like ServiceNow, Workday, Jira, Okta, and MS Teams
- Establish platform governance, best practices, and naming/testing standards
- Optimize performance and user experience across conversational flows
Partner with business stakeholders to translate needs into technical solutions - Enable internal teams and champion platform adoption
🎯 What they’re looking for
- 8+ years in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms
- Hands-on Moveworks experience (technical + strategic)
- Strong integration background across enterprise systems
- Knowledge of ITSM, HRIS, identity tools, cloud platforms, and data architectures
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Bonus: Moveworks Academy certs, ITIL, Agile/Scrum, ServiceNow/Teams/Workday integrations
