Easy win for the Moveworks Web Assistant. We are a Google shop and maintain a required pinned folder of bookmarks for all employees, giving them quick access to the most important places to find information. We recently added the Web Assistant URL to this bookmark list and have found that it’s helping employees access the assistant more easily and driving adoption up. It’s been a simple, quick win for the team.

great tip @kcrandall! What do you use to create the required pinned bookmark for all employees? Does it only work on Edge?

This is such a smart, practical approach - love how you worked with what your org already uses rather than trying to change behavior. Pinned bookmarks are already part of everyone's workflow, so adding the Web Assistant there makes it feel like a natural extension instead of "one more tool to remember."

Curious if you've noticed any patterns in how people are using it now vs. before? Like, are you seeing more casual/exploratory questions since it's easier to access, or mostly the same types of requests just from more people?

Really appreciate you sharing this - the "make it easier to find" wins are underrated.

@DIANA.TWC  We use Chrome, not Edge. In our Google Admin console, you can add pinned bookmarks to your organization’s Chrome browsers. When it comes to Edge, I wouldn’t know, as we don’t allow end users to use it.

@Tim54  We’ve seen different behaviors from people who ask more generic questions. We have our Moveworks bot rolled out to help with IT tickets and our HR ticketing at the moment. A lot of people prefer the web assistant over Slack because it resembles most AI platforms out there. I’d have to crunch the numbers, but our usage has gone up because users can continue chatting in different threads they have with Moveworks.
