For those of you approaching your bot launch date, or those who have recently launched, I wanted to share a great resource for mapping out your strategy & vision, along with your plans for the first 3 months post-launch.
In this Program Charter presentation, you’ll find a number of recommendations around team roles & responsibilities, program governance, activity planning, employee communication plans, defining your strategic vision, and the metrics you should track to measure success. In the presentation’s appendix you’ll find samples of how you should approach these topics, but we encourage you to tailor your own charter to your organization’s unique needs.
