Within Employee Comms, customer would like to see some kind of approval workflow that would allow for designated approvers to “green light” an Employee Comm before it is published.

This would be huge for us, as currently access to send comms is a bottleneck in our business, but if we could widen the amount of users who could submit and limit our owners to only having to approve it should allow for better comms and a faster process.

For enterprise customers where multiple Comms are published frequently, it helps to have this approval process so that the Comms team can review and green light the publish or, more importantly, if some corrections are needed, they can reject and rework what is being published.
