There was a feature that would allow users to close/hide/minimize the webbot on the ServiceNow portal. It is my understanding that this functionality was removed in July 2024. This was a valuable feature for our users. It would be nice to have it returned

Agreed. We have heard similar complaints from end users saying they no longer have the ability to minimize webbot. Would be great to see this feature back.
