Video Embedding in Creator Studio

This is an interesting ask @carlton.hencey -- what types of videos are you looking to send to users? Where are they hosted?

Trying to figure out if the video changes based on the user, if there are permissions associated with the video, etc.

This isn’t supported today, but happy to learn more so we can consider it for our future roadmap.

The videos would be internally hosted within our Knowledge Base and would be open to all users to assist them in troubleshooting or debugging issues. 

I think that incorporating visual aids into Creator Studio could significantly enhance the user experience, especially for those who are visual learners or require visual guidance/aids during troubleshooting, debugging, or following how-to steps. The addition of simple screenshots to direct users on specific actions or navigation could be a small yet impactful improvement, making the process more intuitive and user-friendly.

How would it be identified, that a specific video is shown? I know we have multiple videos stored on the same page but perhaps only one of the is the right one. Also we have them stored in SharePoint Online, would this work here as well?

As we evolve the Reasoner with subsequent updates, we are considering video support (multi-modal). Will continue to place this Idea in Future Consideration.
