Vetted Answers for Search
How are we improving the product?
We are improving the product by allowing admins to mark curated, high-quality documents as vetted, helping users easily identify authoritative content. Vetted documents receive a relevance boost in search results and generate a separate, prioritized summary alongside general search results.
How does it work?
Admins use a self-serve Content Curation tool to mark specific indexed documents and Knowledge Base articles as vetted. Once marked, these documents receive a relevance boost in search results, a "Vetted" badge, and are featured in a prioritized "From vetted sources" section or summary. This helps employees easily identify and compare official, authoritative content against general sources.
What are the technical restrictions?
Currently, only public indexed files and Knowledge Base (KB) articles can be vetted, while private content, live-search-connector content, and other formats are not supported. Additionally, vetting is binary, and it does not guarantee high ranking or signify relevance, as relevance models still determine what is shown.
Documentation
See the Vetted Content documentation. To enable it, go to Moveworks Setup > Search > Content Curation > Add New Content, search by Title, File ID, or URL, and select "Mark as Vetted".
