User Preference & Notification Management Framework

Objective

Enable end users to control their Moveworks experience by allowing them to configure notification preferences and default user settings, improving relevance, adoption, and satisfaction.

Problem Statement

Currently, Moveworks delivers notifications and responses in a largely one-size-fits-all manner.
This can lead to:

Notification fatigue
Irrelevant alerts
Limited personalization for global users (language, timezone, location)

It would also be good to have a cool down configuration for each user so that we can stop notifications for lets say 7 days after they receive 1 notification for the same issue.

(Right now the dedupe feature does not allow for longer cool down’s like 7 days)

We have to build custom solutions outside MW to manage cool downs right now.
