As there is no direct integration with SailPoint, user access is manually granted each time through the console, creating a dependency on manual efforts for both onboarding and recertification. Without APIs for user creation and management, the current process requires manual recertification every three months, increasing the risk of oversight and non-compliance with organizational and regulatory standards. This manual process is more prone to human error, delays, and missed deadlines. Implementing an API to automate user creation, onboarding, and recertification would streamline these tasks, improving overall efficiency and compliance. While compensating controls are in place to manage the risks associated with manual processes, the lack of automated integration remains a significant challenge.
