Use POST binding when granting consent

We have some Outlook Plugins we implemented and we are noticing that our users were getting a 404 error when they were trying to consent. After some research, it was determined that it was the sign in link that it was too long and exceeding the limit set on our SAUTH realm. We were able to adjust it and increase it and that seemed to resolve the issue, however our SAUTH team asked for the possibility to do a POST binding which will fix it from the get go.
