To add 'Stop' keyword which has capabilities of 'Cancel' keyword

When we try to raise ticket through bot, and in the middle of the process if user wants to discontinue, user usually enter ‘cancel’ and bot stops the process. How about also adding ‘stop’ keyword which has the capabilities of cancel.
