Thread Bot Replies for Bot Action Items

When the bot presents an action item (change password, approve time off, etc.) and there are several of these back-to-back, when I click the button(s) to take action I get a response from the bot at the bottom of the conversation.

For example, I am out for a couple days and come back to 5 requests for time away. When I click the first (chronological) request, I get a confirmation at the bottom of all requests. It would be helpful if these kinds of replies from the bot were threaded.
