There is a lot of undocumented knowledge passed around in Microsoft Teams.

I would like to have the bot review Teams channel:

Chats for resolutions to a user’s technical support issue
Files for resolutions or resources that would help someone resolve an issue
SharePoint sites for the same information

This data could only be shared within a company and must include a disclaimer stating it is not to be shared with anyone else.
