Support ServiceNow Delegate Approvals

Same with our organization, Gloria! Approvals are so important to us, however not having the delegation functionality is a major issue. We have struggled not having this feature for so long.

There is a workaround ServiceNow script but it doesn’t support multiple delegates if you have more than one person. Hopefully this idea will be implemented with Moveworks and ServiceNow working closer together.

We still need help with Granular Delegation. The workaround script provided for multiple delegates doesn't address our new challenge: preventing HR delegates from receiving ITSM delegated approvals and vice versa.

We appreciate any updates or solutions in this area.

With the launch of Ambient Agents, you should be able to build this with Agent Studio. Join our developer office hours if you need tips on how to proceed.

I would point out that anything is a possible Agent Studio solution when we get far enough. I personally think having this be part of AI Assistant makes sense as Approvals are part of AI Assistant if you’re connecting to ServiceNow.
