Specific use cases - queries relating to projects:

  • Percentage of users migrated from Workplace to Viva Engage.
  • Percentage of users migrated from Okta Verify to Microsoft Authenticator.
  • Percentage of apps migrated from Okta to Microsoft Entra.

General use cases:

  • How many tickets do we have open for <Business Service> in Jira?
  • How many tickets do we have open for <Business Service> in ServiceNow?
  • Which knowledge articles have the most views and are expiring soon in ServiceNow?
  • Percentage of active users on self-service portal this month vs last month.
  • Percentage of enabled users using the chatbot this month vs last month.

This is an extremely powerful element. Do we plan to use this with Excel and Power BI dashboards as well. Love the use cases as conversations on ServiceNow mentioned above.
