Specifying keywords to trigger specific content

This is a request to allow the ability to specify multiple keywords or phrases separated by a delimiter to display specific content.

For context, our company populates FAQs in a Google Sheet for Bot Knowledge. We have some FAQs where the answer is the same for similar questions.

For example:

• How can I contact HR?
• Who can I contact in HR?
• Who is my human resources contact?
• Who is my HR Manager?
• Who is my HR generalist?

Additional similar keywords that could display the same content:

• HR, Human resources, HR contact, Human resources contact, HR Manager, HR generalist etc

Currently, we create a new line in the Google Sheet for each variation of the question. If there is a change in the answer, we have to update 10+ FAQs for each variation.
