Software request Reminders

We’ve noticed that some of our approval groups include members who are not consistently responsive when it comes to approving software access requests. We often find ourselves needing to manually follow up via Slack to prompt action—either to approve or deny the request.

It would be extremely helpful if the software access or approval group setup allowed for configurable reminder logic. Ideally, we’d be able to set automated reminders to notify the approvers every 24, 48, or 72 hours if no action has been taken on a request. This would streamline the process and reduce the need for manual intervention.
