Software access request via Sailpoint Idnow

@acashin This sounds like it may be able to be solved using our forms integration (here), or perhaps even our software provisioning feature (here). Take a look at those documents and let me know if there is a specific feature these skills are missing.

Thanks @dluckadoo. We do have forms integration for SN requests. We have some blockers on the Sailpoint IDN side. Our understanding is there is not currently an integration between MW and Sailpoint. We also have work to do to get IT security onboard with this approach. For now, we’d like the bot to continue to serve forms for SN as it is currently, but also, if the app is not available in SN, check IDN and direct the user by sending a link or instructions.

Understood, thanks for the clarification @acashin! You are correct that we do not natively support Sailpoint today, though I suspect we could help you come up with a Creator Studio use case to make this happen.
